(AP) NEW YORK Helena Stone is upset that she's been arrested for using the woman's restroom at Grand Central Terminal.

The 70-year-old transgender phone repair worker whose legal name is Henry McGuinness says she's been arrested three times by transit police in the last six months.

She's filed a complaint with the city Commission on Human Rights and with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority police -- saying an MTA officer called her "a freak, a weirdo and the ugliest woman in the world."

City guidelines say that restrooms must be available to transgender people.

After Stone held a rally and news conference Tuesday, an MTA spokesman said the charges would be dropped.

My comment: Fire that MTA officer NOW. Or at least kick his fuckin ass. Yeah that's right that officer either needs to be beaten, fired and sentenced to home arrest. Those degrading fuckers are worthless and do not contribute to society.
I hope the transgender woman sues and gets the chance to fight that sucker(MTA officer)

Sure is weird because some of my instructors work for mainstream media. They are always holding seminars about the mistakes they make, and never have seminars about any other topics. I do not want to be a part of an industry that makes mistakes.
You know what is more weird. All the young people at school are choosing the mainstream media route. Suckers. Thats all I have to say.

This man came to SF during the last week in February and gave out $10 dollar bills to the homeless. He has a story, but you can do the research yourself. It seems he made lots of money in the stock market and became an artist.
But on the third day of his adventure hhe renigged and did not hand out money. It seems the crowd spooked him and he left without giving out more money. Imagine that; the homeless getting rowdy.
The homeless consist of lots of different people, but the bottom line is that most of the homeless in SF are incapable of dealing with situations normally. The homeless usually respond irrationally. Maybe becasue it is hard to deal with the elements and sleep outside in SF. Despite what Mayor Newsom and his zombies say Care Not Cash is a big lie and a waste of our time. Care not Cash is not helping our city. It has made it more dangerous and unsafe.

Lets get it done.
This is my experience with illegal immigration. I can provide photos of my experiences but I won't because it could been deemed racist.
I am not a racist but Mexicans are a mess. They do nothing legally. They deal drugs in my neighborhood. When they rent apartments they're usually at least three to four occupants per studio apartment, which ultimatley affects the well being of their neighbors.
About the job thing. Despite what the media thinks, Mexicans take jobs I would do if hired. I have had problems getting jobs because of illegal immigrants. I can prove that statement.

Estrogen shifts may be one cause of migraines, so keep a diary of
"triggers" to minimize suffering.

Few things affect quality of life as much as migraine headaches.
Although researchers still don't completely understand how migraines
develop, there are some clues. For starters, if one parent suffers
from migraines, a child has a 50% chance of developing them.

The stimuli that precipitate these headaches are referred to as
"triggers." They include alcohol; preservatives like nitrates,
nitrites and MSG; certain cheeses; sleep deprivation; skipped meals;
emotional stress; dental problems; and even some medications (such
as estrogen therapy).

Migraines occur more often in women than men, especially during the
reproductive years. This observation led doctors to connect
fluctuating estrogen levels and migraines. However, because there
are multiple triggers, the exact role of hormonal shifts in
migraines has been unclear.

To explore this relationship further, scientists from Canada and the
Netherlands studied a transsexual population. The study, conducted
in Amsterdam, included 50 sex change patients (male to female). All
50 were taking a regimen of medications to suppress testosterone
(the male hormone) and increase estrogen (the female hormone) in
their bodies.

This group provided a unique opportunity to explore the role
estrogen shifts may play in migraines. While most reported either
tension headaches or no headaches at all, 26% suffered migraine
attacks. That's about the same percentage of Dutch women who have
migraines; just 7.5% of Dutch men get them. This indicates that
hormone therapies likely are part of the picture. Why? These
treatments affect levels of nitric oxide, a substance in the body
that dilates blood vessels and increases blood flow.

To help the situation, keep a headache diary. It's simple: Have a
notepad and pencil handy, and, after a migraine attack, jot down
some information (see box, below).

Charting migraine clues: What, when and why?

1. What were the symptoms? Be as descriptive as possible. Did other
symptoms (visual changes, a funny taste, yawning, etc.) precede the
headache? Did the headache occur on one side of the head, both
sides, in the back or behind the eyes? Was it throbbing or constant?
Dull or sharp? How long did it last? Did other conditions (nausea,
facial numbness, intolerance to light or sound, congestion)
accompany it?

2. When did it strike? Was it in the morning? (If so, did it wake
you from sleep?) After work? After exercise? After a meal? After a
prolonged fast? After sex? After an argument? Was it on the first
day of the workweek? On a weekend day after a late night? Did the
headache occur just before your menstrual cycle started? Also, note
what you had been doing before the migraine began.

3. Why do you think it happened? Is there a recurrent pattern with
food or alcohol? Log what you consumed before the headache. Record
anything that may be relevant: stresses, travel, weather changes.

The Clinch Mountain Boys
I got hit on by the Clinch Mountain Boys.
I saw them on Feb 9 at the Freight and Salvage in Berkeley and they were good.
Those boys are such cuties.

San Francisco has established protocol for transgender prisoners. In
short, their law enforcement personnel must find ways to recognize
and prevent behavior that harasses transgender people. The jail
staff must always address the transgender inmate by his or her
adopted name even if the inmate has not received legal recognition
of that adopted name. The inmate will be housed in the appropriate
location according to his or her gender identification.

N. Zealand filmmaker arrested in drag in US prostitution sting

New Zealand filmmaker Lee Tamahori, who directed the James Bond movie "Die Another Day," has been arrested in a Hollywood prostitution sting while dressed in drag.

Tamahori, 55, was arrested on January 8 when he allegedly sought sex with an undercover policeman while clad in women's clothes, according to a criminal complaint filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court.
