BUSH CHEERS DECLINE OF MAINSTREAM MEDIA, RISE OF ALTERNATIVE PRESS
That'd be me folks. I claim to be alternative media/press.
I am in school, and am seeking a degree in Radio and TV.
Since I am transsexual I have chosen to take the alternative media route because for one thing mainstream media never covers trans issues appropriately, and because the local networks here in SF make so many mistakes.
Sure is weird because some of my instructors work for mainstream media. They are always holding seminars about the mistakes they make, and never have seminars about any other topics. I do not want to be a part of an industry that makes mistakes.
You know what is more weird. All the young people at school are choosing the mainstream media route. Suckers. Thats all I have to say.
