Impeach Bush?
Polls Say:

Do you believe President Bush's actions justify impeachment? * 159920 responses
Yes, between the secret spying, the deceptions leading to war and more, there is plenty to justify putting him on trial.
85%
No, like any president, he has made a few missteps, but nothing approaching "high crimes and misdemeanors."
5%
No, the man has done absolutely nothing wrong. Impeachment would just be a political lynching.
8%
I don't know.
2%

Personally I would impeach the SOB on the grounds that there is NO seperation between church and state.
I am in my 40's and I have been tolerating the hateful, crazy antics of the religious right since birth and I am finally tired of their shit.
Keep religion out of my State.

Christmas in San Francisco

Christmas in San Francisco

I find it quite pretty.
My life is Worth Defending
On Tuesday night December 20 I went on a gun shoot with the Pink Pistols and the Golden Gate United NRA Members Council at Jackson Arms in South San Francisco.
I had fun and learned a lot.
I shot a 22 semi-automatic, a 22 revolver, both double and single action, and a 357 Smith and Wesson. Nice handguns. I hit the orange dot and was very consistent. Which means I put bullets in the same holes that had been shot by a previous bullet.
I will go again and maybe perfect my stance.

A background story:
When I was in high school I organized, set-up, and directed a high school level gun club. This club helped others like me gain social skills, develop dexterity, and learn safety. Not a one of those people ever went out in the world and hurt a person or themselves. As a matter of fact I do believe that a few of them went into the military and one became a law enforcement officer. That club was one of three that were permitted at the time.

Point:

Guns are not the problem, its the people who get them who are the problem.
Gang bangers, illegal drug dealers, robbers and theives, and terrorists have guns so why can't the citizens?
Shooting a gun is empowering.

I am a trans person who has experience producing video, and I did not find the SFPD videos offensive.I thought they were funny and entertaining, and
it is my belief the videos are a private matter. The videos were clearly not intended for the public, so technically making them–public–may be considered an invasion of privacy.
Some camera person or reporter may have accidentally stumbled upon the videos accidentally while surfing the net. Even though the videos were found on the public domain such as the internet, the web site was not and has not been commercially promoted. It was meant for the officers and their families. The creator has stated that numerous times on TV.
For instance I promote my website commercially and through the non-profit community so it has become public.
Oh by the way the site is
http://homepage.mac.com/trannytalk/
or just Google
“Tranny Talk”

The SFPD also has a public website
http://www.sfgov.org/site/police_index.asp
but there are no links to the videos.

Just my opinion, and I want to say it is quite impressive that those videos brought up a bunch of dirt about the police department, like why they are not able to solve crimes.
That is the real issue. People get killed in this city and the SFPD cannot solve them. That is pathetic and is deserving of permanent dismissals of all who are supposed to solve the killings.
That’s where the attention should be concentrated.
Tony Greens
death has never been solved and the supposed suspects were released. That is the crime here not a bunch of comedy videos.
So I hope we the can urge the police to make arrests of suspects in killings, and not urge them to apologize for making [private] videos.

Oh by the way the homophobic channel 2 KTVU interviewed Daniel Horowitz over the SFPD video. I was right.
It was not made public. Copy and Paste the link for the video.

I support Andrew Cohen on the, handling of, and the making of, those videos.
Chief Fong is the joke. She should get with it and learn her job.

Humpback Whale saved by man.
This story is great and made me cry. For once man has done a good thing.
"A humpback whale freed by divers from a tangle of crab trap lines near the Farallon Islands nudged its rescuers and flapped around in what marine experts said was a rare and remarkable encounter."
Please check out the link for the full story.

A State appeals court rejects NRA challenge to hand-gun ban.
The ban on sale, ownership and manufacture of hand guns within city limits will go into effect next month. Although the law conflicts with State law, the Court of Appeals says it must first go to a trial court.
Only people who use guns for a living may own them. Residents will have unto April to turn in their hand guns.

This is why I don't fly.
Airlines treat their customers like shit, they charge for food, tickets are over priced, and now federal air marshalls are shooting the passengers. That is some crazy shit. If your mentally ill stay off planes, apparently no one on board knew how to deal
with that passenger, and the mentally ill are everywhere. Bless their hearts.
"At least one passenger aboard American Airlines Flight 924 maintains the federal air marshals were a little too quick on the draw when they shot and killed Rigoberto Alpizar as he frantically attempted to run..."

U.S.S. Arizona Memorial, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii

Did we all forget about Pearl Harbor Day?
December 7, 1941 the Japs attacked Pearl Harbor in Hawaii. The attack on the World Trade Center was our equivalent.
If we forget we won't learn, so please take a moment to remember those who died at Pearl Harbor. teardrops.....
Peace

The reason I put this picture here is this:
I have been attending SF State for the last three years. The tuition has increased every semester except for the first one. If I don't graduate soon them I may ultimately not be able to afford to graduate at all. And now the interest rates have increased. All creditors change the interest rate after the fact.
As for the military. I served in the US Navy, and when I tried to use the GI Bill the government put up so many obstacles I became frustrated and found it easier to borrow money. So when people say recruiters lie they do actually lie because the recruiter I used promised me I would be eligible for the GI Bill when I got out and it would be easy to get. That never materialized.
If you insist on joining the military get all their promises in writing and make sure you know someone who can keep the originals.

Lets talk about freedom.
I have noticed that the soldiers of our military forces are always saying they went in to the military to fight for freedom.
That is a line of shit, they are brain washed, and their worship of our President is like the Hitler days.
Why do I say that?
My family was free before the Korean War and the Vietnam War.
I was free before the Persian Gulf war and I was free before we invaded Iraq.
Although the American people love to abuse people who don't fit in I have been free all my life.
I would not be free if I got locked up in jail, but then again that has nothing to do with wars or the military.
My point is: I have been free since birth and no stinkin war or military is going to get me any more free than I already am.
So when we hear that folks went into the military to fight for freedom it is a line of shit and maybe someone has brainwashed them(soldiers).
And if I was not free then a War in Iraq would not change that, A war on the homeland would.
And a War on the Homeland would be appropriate when the religious right tries to take away my freedom away.

Hey guess what?
It is December 2 2005 and I am still free, although ten Marines died from an IED.
