SAN FRANCISCO
Mysteries of naked wanderer, homicide
Police seek to know if separate events have a connection

San Francisco police are seeking to determine whether the slaying of a transgender victim found naked near the Interstate 280 freeway is somehow linked to reports of a nude woman seen walking naked on the same freeway two hours later, authorities said Monday.

Inspector Karen Lynch of the homicide detail said investigators were summoned at 5:40 a.m. Friday to Indiana and Cesar Chavez streets and found the unidentified victim of a homicide on the sidewalk.

Lynch said it appeared the victim had been in the process of becoming a woman.

"We don't have the identity on the person yet, except the medical examiner has determined that this is a homicide,'' she said Monday. "The victim was completely nude, and we are asking for the public's help in finding anyone who has seen anything suspicious or could help us.''

The victim was Latina, about 30 years old, with black, shoulder length curly hair, Lynch said. She had healed cuts that left scars on her arms.

Shortly after 8 a.m., authorities began to hear reports of a woman walking nude on the side of Interstate 280, near Highway 101. "It could have been somebody related to this person, but this person was seen walking on the freeway. It's suspicious because the woman was seen getting into a blue metallic car.''

The second woman is described as a light-skinned white woman, slender, about 5 foot 5, 25 to 30 years old, with long, reddish-blond hair. Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the homicide unit at (415) 553-1145.

Tina D'Elia, hate violence survivor program director for Community United Against Violence, said she learned about the events from the police.

She said transgender victims of hate crimes and extremely violent killings, so-called overkill slayings, are frequently left partially clothed or completely nude.

"It's making a statement and humiliating a victim,'' she said. "I want to know if anyone in the community knows who she is, or had seen or spoken to her that day. It's very devastating to hear this.''

Someone needs to fire this(see below) dimwit piece of shit. Same with that General Pace.
The people who have come out and said homesexuality is a sin or immoral are either undeducated morons or they are mentally ill, and they should NOT have anything to do with running this country.
People better be careful or they will send this country into a Civil War, because generally society is getting tired of religious extremism, homophobes, warmongers, and prison mongers. Its all getting a little old, and trust me I would be the first to take up arms against haters.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Republican presidential candidate Sam Brownback is backing the nation's top general over his remarks that homosexual acts are immoral.

The Kansas senator planned to send a letter on Thursday to President Bush supporting Marine Gen. Peter Pace, who earlier this week likened homosexuality to adultery and said the military should not condone it by allowing gay personnel to serve openly.

This story if from the Bay Area Reporter.
story by Cynthia Laird

Nadia Cabezas, known to many in the community as KittyKastro, hostess of the Tranny Talkpublic access show, died Monday, March 5 after she was struck by a car on ahighway in Porter County, Indiana. She was 40.

Her partner, Dina Boyer, said that Ms. Cabezas was travelingin a two-car caravan with her mother en route to San Francisco andcommunicating via walkie-talkies. They were apparently having troublecommunicating and both vehicles pulled to the side of the highway. Ms. Cabezaswas speaking with the driver of the second vehicle when she was hit by anothervehicle. An article about the accident at www.nwi.com, an Indiana publication, referred to Ms. Cabezas, who was openly transgender, using male pronouns, butBoyer said that the coroner and people at a funeral home there were respectfulof Ms. Cabezas. Boyer did not make the trip back east and had stayed in the BayArea.

Ms. Cabezas and Boyer had produced the Tranny Talk show on San Francisco public access channel 29 since1998. The show was "for, by, and about transsexuals," Boyer told the BayArea Reporter Wednesday morning.

"She was my partner, my roommate, my best friend,"Boyer said.

Angie Reid said that Ms. Cabezas was her best friend for 15years.

"She will be really missed. She fought for rights ofeverybody," Reid said.

Tomi Kolarich worked with Ms. Cabezas and had known her for10 years. Kolarich said, "She was the most hysterically outgoing personwho opened people's eyes about how wonderful a transgender person could be. Shewas an 'it' girl."

Boyer said that Ms. Cabezas's wishes were that she becremated. Plans are being made for a local memorial.

Nice decision, for a change, by Vergie who is Anna' mother.

"Tom Pirtle said Wednesday night that Virgie Arthur would not challenge a Florida appeals court ruling Wednesday that cleared the way for the burial."

Now she can smell her failure
Fuck the State of Florida and the goons running it.

The Florida town of Largo is firing a person who wants to have a sex change.
My comment on this:
Florida aint worth a shit to no one but old people. I predict Florida will ultimately become uninhabitable. The cops are screwing that state up, and now city officials want to discriminate. I believe our troops should be invading Florida for all its corruption and bullying, and no offense some of those 911 hijackers were living in Florida. That says alot, and I bet ya any tans person could be smart enough to run that state and make it livable for everyone except terrorists.
