Low voter turnout in one part of the Tenderloin neighborhood in San Francisco.

As of 11:35 am only 30 people have voted at one polling place in San Francisco. Volunteers were dozing off when I rolled in to the YMCA polling place says Dina Boyer. When I went to the Cafe at the corner of Golden Gate and Hyde and asked if people were voting, most replied by admitting, "Why vote? Mia from the cafe says the last time she voted; the issues {she} voted for didn't win. She admits it's useless to vote anymore "so much corruption, people who lie, and polices that don't make sense, She says she is over it, and will NEVER vote anymore unless she (notices) some real change.

One office worker named Jim says he doesn't like the current state of the government and will not support nor vote for any more politicians or policies period.

Each person has his or her reasons for not voting, and I have to admit I don't care about voting anymore but I did to make a stand, and voted. I admit I took a list of names to use for write-ins. Mark Leno did my get my vote.

Peace and PLEASE Vote!!! Plus you can get a little sticker.
